Booking a Hunt
We are now taking reservations on all our hunts for the 2011 hunting season.
Included in the Price of your Hunt:
- Licensing and applications will be handled directly through our office.
- Once booked we will send you a hunter agreement form that will outline all the details of your hunt with us.
- Transportation in and around the hunting area.
- One or more full time guides at a hunter to guide ratio of no more than two to one. (Exception: the ratio is four to one if rifle hunting the Homestead Ranch)
- Skinning, field dressing and delivery of meat to the local processor of your choice, plus delivery of trophy heads to the local taxidermist of your choice.
- Parking for your vehicle(s) if you will be driving to hunt with us.
- If you will be flying into Montana we recommend that our hunters fly in the day before the hunt and return the day after the hunt. Our air port of choice is Gallatin Field Airport in Belgrade/Bozeman Montana.
- It will be our pleasure to take care of any special requests you may have.
Licensing:
In Montana you are guaranteed a license if you hunt with an outfitter or if you would like to try in the general lottery we will be happy to assist.
2010 B-10 Guaranteed Elk/Deer Combo Licenses- this license allows you to harvest 1 elk, 1 deer, fish and hunt upland birds. Price $1,250.00
2010 B-10 Elk Only – this license allows you to harvest 1 elk, fish and hunt upland birds. Price $995.00
Not Included in the Price of Your Hunt :
- Taxidermy Service
- Meat Processing
- Transportation to and from the airport of your choice
- Guide Gratuities
Payments are accepted as cash (U.S. Currency), money order, credit cards and personal or cashiers checks.
Reservations are held after receiving a full deposit. Deposits for all hunts are non-refundable, but can be applied to other available dates or replacement within the same season. Final payment is due on August 1st (archery hunters) and September 1st (rifle hunters).
